Thank you to all who supported and joined in our Beefsteak Dinner and Tricky Tray event!
Melissa’s Book, “Trapped in my Body” – In my own words is now in for publishing with Christian Faith Publishing. It is an inspirational book from Melissa, her friends and family who remember her and give honor to her contribution in life. Although she left us at an early age, she continues to touch so many people through the foundation. Stay tuned for the release date, hopefully, within the next 6 months. The preface was written by Kirk & Chelsea Cameron and there are many pictures included with Melissa and the celebrities she knew and loved.
As we look forward to the new year, we want to express our deepest gratitude to all our generous donors who help enable our efforts to support special needs children and the medical/health services students who will become their care providers.
Blake and Alex O’Neill - $10,000
Christ Hospital School of Nursing Alumni - $1,000
Frank & Edith Orechio Foundation - $20,000
Nutley High School was to hold a “Powder Puff” football game to raise money for a few special causes on November 18, 2018 but due to the unexpected snow storm it will be held in Late winter/early spring. The girls will dress up in full football equipment to play a game while the boys wear cheerleader outfits! It will be a terrific event again as our foundation was chosen to receive their generous donation for The Melissa’s Hope Foundation. Thanks to Melissa’s alma mater, Nutley HS— we appreciate your support!! A special shout out goes to Melissa Brady and the Student Council—THANK YOU!!
Here is another example of the impact Melissa Anne Centrella has made on this earth. Thank you Kirk for sending this video and sharing your beautiful words about Melissa!
